"Do you believe in God?" (download)

The good people over at the musical enterprise Science & Justice were nice enough to let me remix their song "Astral Projection." You can download the original here.

Solutions will present themselves. I am but an instrument for them. They don't all arrive at once. I need to be patient and wait sometimes. Sometimes, instead, I must go for a walk or have a delicious meal or call my father or fall asleep. Later, I can come back to my work: Being quiet and wait for the solutions to arrive. They never fail to surprise me.

I am mindful. When I am writing, I am writing. When I am walking, I am walking. When I am eating, I am eating. When I am washing dishes, I am washing dishes. I do not feel guilty about the things that I am NOT doing -- I am engaged in the things I AM doing.

And I am drinking tons of water. Well, liters, anyway. I write it here to remind myself: A life lived dehydrated is hardly a life at all. I think I'll chug some right now.
